REdiscovering Self-Worth

Author of The Power of NOW: A Guide To Spiritual Enlightenment Eckhart Tolle reads " Those who have not found their true wealth, which is the radiant joy of Being and the deep, unshakable peace that comes with it, are beggars, even if they have great material wealth. They are looking outside for scraps of pleasure of fulfillment, for validation, security, or love, while they have a treasure within that not only includes all those things but if infinitely greater than anything the world can offer."
Eckhart's excerpt spoke to me.  An instinctively emotional motive behind this post is to express that for the past four years to current date, I have struggled with REdiscovering my self-worth. Shocking to many, affirming for a few. Trust me, I am also shocked and confused why I have reoccurring doubts about my self-worth.
Self-worth is an instinctive characteristic every human Being gains at birth. As adolescents we begin to lose our self-worth by neglecting our Being. Or unconsciousness and conscious minds are at a constant, ferocious and grueling battle over the  full custody of the mental state. One mental state aggressively gaining your mind over your their control. As conflicted Beings we begin to then behave in such an absurd manner, such as questioning our existence, thoughts of ending life, wondering why love, devaluing our self worth, and forcefully hiding our sexuality; we begin to abuse ourselves. These harmful examples play a vast role in how you dictate how your mind operates. Your mind always dictates your behavior. Your behavior doesn't dictate your mind.

Your self-worth can be connected with by understanding a bank account. Let's connect self-worth to a bank account. Imagine... just by opening a primary bank account and you already have UNLIMITED dollars. Just by opening a bank account!? Child... you will own all of the money in the Universe!!! Can you imagine that feeling? People must know we can have that much worth. You have nothing to hide. You have all of the purpose to express you are willing to share. You should always feel that self-worth enlightening feeling within.  Knowing and REdiscovering self-worth is empowering and  that growing factor in life helps build yourself into a your presence, into your Being.

The purpose behind this post was to reveal that I am, too one of many people in this damaging world that is REdiscovering my self-worth. So, have you discovered your self-wealth or are you REdiscovering your self-wealth? I say self-wealth in replace of self-worth because we all ought to take what is rightfully belongs to YOU... and that is SELF-WORTH! At least half of the persons answered that question untruthfully. That everlasting luminous, though hidden enlightening power inside of yourself is self-wealth. Confidence, self-esteem, a sense of self-value, a sexuality, and mental consciousness ALL play positive reinforcing towards REdiscovering your Self-Worth.
This post is dedicated to a man that taught me self-responsibility. He showed me what taking control of my life was. For that, I love you. I thank you.
