How many mistakes can one make before learning their lesson? How many chances is one given before their cards run out? How much time will one waste until realizing living is the ultimate goal in life? These philosophical questions are redundant yet always seem to go unanswered.
After 21 years, I made the biggest mistake of living before learning. There is much learning I have yet to master to apply to in my life. The word living might be very easy to comprehend, but really think about what the word livingmeans. Does living mean waking up every day? Doesliving mean being able to function properly? Does living mean being able to accomplish your goals? Does livingmean being able to love? These are all generic ideas of whatliving means.
Every person has their own definition of the word living. There is nothing wrong with alterations, but their is only ONE core meaning of living. To live means to learn. No matter how old you are, how much money you have or where you are from - without learned lessons you will not be able to live naturally. Each day you will force yourself to live because you are impatient and curious about the unknown. Let the unknown become the known to you...NATURALLY. Allow yourself to learn, then live. Understand learning never stops. If learning never stops - you will always be living.

Bryan Fayer and Brian Maughn are two major blessings to happen in my life. I love and cherish these boys more than they will ever imagine. Being with Bryan and Brian bring me indescribable joy. I can fully be myself around them without being judged or ridiculed. I can truthfully say I have found my soul mates, my best friends, my brothers.
People say all of the time "good things happen to good people and bad things happen to bad people." Sometimes I can't pull myself to believe that statement. For the majority of my life I can say I have done good. There have been minor slip ups, but overall I consider myself a "good" person. Jealously and envy are flaws one should not carry, but I can honestly say I am guilty of possessing both feelings.
A well plotted movie has a protagonist and an antagonist, right? The good person gets mistreated by the bad person and the bad person gets over on the good person for awhile, but in the end the good person comes out victorious through a fight. Why doesn't this storyline apply in real life? Unfortunately life comes with a twist. The good people sacrifice their lives for the bad people to come out victorious without a fight. Sound somewhat correct?
There will be a constant fight in your life. Whether that fight be with spectators, family problems, health issues, financial instability and/or identity crisis - life will always present you with an opponent to fight. There is ALWAYS a point in your life when you have an epiphany. Some might have multiple, but there is at least one to occur in your life.I had mine this week. I have come to a realization there are no limited good things and projected bad things to happen to someone in their life. Each person will have their own problems that will occur in their life. There WILL be good AND bad events in your life. The real test of faith and character is whether will you fight to minimize the bad or give in to the bad and allow for the bad to get over and prevail?
Life is a constant fight. Every day you need to train yourself for your next opponent. Looking at other situations and being jealous and/or envious is NOT cute and will get you nowhere. At times I am still guilty of showing poor feelings, but I am maturing. Day by day I am learning how to fight my opponents. Most importantly after each fight, I learn to forgive. Forgiveness is the ultimate weapon against the antagonist.
